Guidelines for Application

  Purpose of the Competition:
This competition is to choose the best design and catchphrase for the poster of the 12th KUMAMOTO AIDS Seminar GCOE Joint International Symposium, which will be held from October 19 to October 21, 2011. (You can apply for either or both.)
 
  Eligibility:
Applicants must be staff members or students who belong to the Center for AIDS Research or thd AIDS GCOE PI’s laboratories. (Both groups and individuals are applicable.)
 
  Deadline:
Wednesday, June 22, 2011
*If you are going to apply for this competition, please inform GCOE Research Promotion Division via email at g-coe2@jimu.kumamoto-u.ac.jp by June 15.
 
  Awards:
If your design is adopted, you will be given 20,000 yen worth of consumables which must be used for research, education, and assistance.
*If your catchphrase alone is adopted, the award will be 5,000 yen worth of consumables.
 
  Forms of Application:
Please submit a data file designed by Illustrator (Color Mode: CMYK) or Power Point by email, CD-R or flash memory to the contact information below. (If you apply for the catchphrase only, please include it in the body of the email message.)
