In this AIDS global COE program, we have had successful and productive
collaboration with many overseas liaison laboratories. We will continue
to work together to intensify international research and educational
efforts, including the implementation of exchange programs for students
and young scientists. |

We select well-equipped overseas laboratories which have more than three
years of experience in international joint research as well as training
young scientists and designate them as Overseas Liaison Laboratories
(OLL). Through international research and educational environments at
OLL, we provide training opportunities for Ph. D students and young
scientists to become global scientific leaders who can coordinate international
research efforts. |
