Motozono-sensei served as the organizer of the 32nd Virus Research Exchange Meeting. The speakers were You Min Ahn (La Trobe University, Australia), who is staying at the lab for collaborative research, and Dr. Masao Hashimoto of Emory University, a collaborator and visiting faculty member at the Joint Research Center for Human Retrovirus Infection, Kumamoto University.

You Min’s presentation was so impressive that it was hard to believe it was her first seminar. Dr. Hashimoto presented his latest research findings, and there were many questions from graduate students, making it a very lively seminar.
