Dr. Chihiro Motozono gave an invited webinar hosted by Dr. Hashem Koohy at the University of Oxford as part of the webinar series “Unravelling T Cell Recognition: Insights from Immunology and AI.”

The talk, entitled “Molecular basis of T cell antigen recognition and immune escape in viral infections: lessons from SARS-CoV-2 infection,” highlighted our recent research on how viral mutations, antigen presentation, peptide–HLA structure, and the T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire shape CD8+ T cell recognition and viral immune escape.
